We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held as securely as possible, in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Acts. Cosmic Institute does not sell or otherwise transfer personal data to commercial companies or other organizations, except as required by government bodies. Continuous logs are maintained of the Cosmic Institute web server activity. These log files include the IP address of every computer used to access the Cosmic Institute website. These log files are normally used to analyse usage of the Cosmic Institute website, and may be kept in an anonymized form for historical records. Some parts of the Cosmic Institute website use cookies for security purposes (eg to save the user from having to re-enter their details for every page in a section of the site). Cookies are not used to capture or store personal information for any other purpose, and all cookies are deleted as soon as a session is ended.
