Regardless of payment method the original
agreement needs to be mailed to Cosmic Institute.
- Upon receipt of original documents and payment,
your appliation will be reviewed and approved
and you will be sent a welcome box with a Certificate
and other collateral.

 In order to facilitate our students regardless of their geographic location, Cosmic Institute has launched the Cosmic Assessment and Testing Service Provider program throughout the world. Your organization can join this exciting initiative, and move on to the next level of professionalism.
Once you have decided to join our ever-expanding network of CAP Service Providers, please take the time to completely fill out the CAT Application Form. We will then review the application and follow up with you if more detail is needed. We will notify you of the status of your application within a month. Contact usfor further information.

Please note that different rules and regulations may apply to institutions in different countries and Cosmic Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without stating any reason thereof. You must forward the completed application to:
